Kinetic scrolling improvements #81

Kinetic scrolling in article (and also in index page, but hardly affects useability) is worse than native symbian and qml kinetic scrolling

This is not net, there should be an old similar issue filed (todo link)

Issues:

  1. Long drag start distance: Quite some finger scrolling distance necessary before scrolling starts.
  2. On touching article, spordically article location jumps by some lines. (Appearantly this occurs for wikionboard 2, only but not fully tested)

ad 1: Improved in commit 0a52347f23c1809f997c8949fade3ad0973f19f3 for WikiOnBoard 2 (According to https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-9054?focusedCommentId=165473&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-165473) Scrolling drag start distance now much less. Could be done for WikiOnBoard 1 as well, but not implemented yet.
