Implementing variable frame rate for low end systems that can't reach 60fps all time #3

As you know, This game's speed is tied to frame rate . So if it goes below 60fps which happens all the time , everything including movements goes slow motion , making it unplayable for low end systems and even some mid tier systems that capable of running 60fps except for demanding areas . i think by implementing variable frame rate , it could fix this problem.

Is there any chance / progress by the way?

Yes this is a planned feature.

this issue is the only reason preventing me from playing mgs3, hope its added soon.
