The framerate is still 60 unless I force vsync off via Nvidia CP. Afterward, I indeed get 120fps according to afterburner/rivatuner, but my monitor's built-in counter still shows 60. Presumably, because the game is locked at 60hz. To the eye test, there are massive screen tearing issues. I tried tuning Gsync off, using SpecialK (instant CTD), and playing around with Nvidia CP, but nothing helped.
Is the game running in exclusive full screen or boderless windowed mode?
I can confirm. I was having a discussion with MGSHDFix devs and it turned out with more test on my end that your mod is the one causing screen tearing and slowdown. (Slowdown happen when you grab your equipment from the tree at the beginning of the game) Which crashed my game too.
Also i have this but i think this one is a MGSHDFix issue.
Also the camo (splitter) is unreachable with FPS higher then 60. An invisible wall is created by unknown forces.

I would but the game crash now with the mod on.
