Todo ~before~after merge (halp! @kimdhamilton !) :

[ ] confirm PresEx v2 conformance in object examples that the new page references back to
[ ] I think the cred app example which is currently generic should be replaced with a Verite KYCAML example, since dapps would probably like to literally cut-and-paste it rather than learn how SSI works in most cases, haha
[ ] include ^ in composite example on WC page that includes the default cred app object in a sample CAIP-169 call

Thanks for starting this @bumblefudge! I started adding some issuance samples, but then noticed your checklist item no. 2, which I'm not sure I'm addressing. Is there a specific with Verite KYCAML example you wanted? I grabbed the library calls and outputs from the latest version of the code for KYCAML, so it should be what you want.

Let me know what you had in mind

After talking through it with you I think a more end-to-end overhaul of the examples will take too long-- let's just refer to the existing examples for now and merge this, and i'll open a new issue outlining what good new examples would look like
