`--target` option for installer seems to be ignored #32

We are using the --target flag to set the broker target to a CNAME we maintain for our Postgres primary.

However, setting this seems to have no effect - instead we get the EC2 FQDN:

ec2-XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX.eu-central-1.compute.amazonaws.com
