Update west.yml golioth import #9

Goloith no longer has a west.yml which causes this issue when initializing this project.

@bandogora thank you for submitting this! I never got a notification so I had no idea that you sent it. I separately investigated (because of this post) and came up with the same fix.

I've turned on notifications so I'll get these in the future. Thanks agin for your contribution!
