Change sort order of the communities in the registrationform startscreen

The registrationform start screen (index.php) contains a dropdown where the visitor can select a community. The list of communities is not sorted logically. This order is returned by Cyclos for a GET request to /api/users/groups-for-registration. If possible, let Cyclos return the list of communities/groups sorted alfabetically. If this is not possible, the php might sort the list.
