  1. Updated sitemaps to use static date.
  2. Installed and setup nextra theme for project documentation.
  3. Introducing pages directory caused useSearchParams to return ReadonlyURLSearchParams | null.
  4. Added search params null check /pages directory, useSearchParams will return ReadonlyURLSearchParams | null. Added null check to fix typescript error. Ref => Nextjs Docs for more info.
  5. Removed getting started, project setup and contribution instructions as they are mentioned in the official docs website.
