Web Log Viewer Plugin

It would be really nice if kdb had a plugin for viewing the irc logs from the logger plugin.

Basic features:

• View index of channels
• View channel logs
• Link to date/time in log entries
• Search logs of a channel
• Search logs of any channel

• Live logs (via websockets)
• Admin interface to manage channels
