the search criteria box bugs out with the QA toolbar when it is turned on. noqatoolbar withqatoolbar

this issue is related to the same bug that Jun reported.
the search criteria header text is using the same class that a few toolbar elements have.
Fix will be implemented in the next toolbar update.
