[Feature Request] Group files into a single output #761

I have my manga by chapter, and it would be nice to be able to organize it a little better. When selecting multiple files for the queue, a toggle to “merge queue into single file” would be really helpful. Even more so if it would follow the 200mb restriction you can set.
