Double quotes on fs.py --command-line argument break the dot file generation #19

E.g. fs.py --command-line= "- lkmc_eval="bTUgZXhpdA==".

Does not happen in fs_bigLITTLE.py.

Error message:

warn: failed to generate dot output from gem5/default/0/m5out/config.dot
