gem5 version (git SHA). If you use something old, it is much less likely that people will be able or willing to help you.
full gem5 command line. If you are restoring checkpoints, provide both command lines used.

what is the main error message if there is one?
what is the arch and config file used?
what seems to be the key condition that triggers that error. E.g. it fails with a given option, but fails without.
Ask one separate question per email. It is better to send two small precise emails, than one big bloated one.

If content would be huge, try to select the most important error messages inline, and upload full logs somewhere like a GitHub gist.
