Implement WebSocket Client #20

uWebSockets don't provide an Client, we need todo one from scratch in C/C++ and integrate using uWebSockets/uSockets

I did implement WS Client and Http Client but not stable enough to release yet, we are working in migrating the project to C/C++ and will release this features after this.

It is hard to give any date because I work hard on my full time job that I also love, and need to balance my time dedicated to code open source and with my family but I hope this weekend I can ship some PR to fix some issues and keep working on the project in my free time.
