Update build and deployment guide (win64) #114

Uses Environment Variable for OpenCV and Qt allowing for it to be extracted anywhere else.
Resolved not being able to run trdrop from Qt Creator after building.
Uses Relative Path for deployment
Commented out mentions of ffmpeg because we're not using it for now
