I am feeding the software some capture of Asura's Wrath at 1080p@60 capture, almost 250,000kb/s. If I run VLC and advance frame by frame it is blindingly obvious the footage is running at 30 fps. There is an obvious duplication as a single frame hangs before the next one is displayed.
Looking at the source footage, there is the occasionally change between frames fed in by the encoder, but even with the pixel difference set to 5, and delta rendering enabled, the software will not ever report the actual framerate, which is 30fps.
