Shading on GM map not appearing on Player map #15

The shading I am making on my map (I am the GM) does not appear on my players' map. Both of our opacities are set at 50. I'm expecting the shading I create to also show on the players' map.

Testing included turning off all other modules. Running in Foundry 11.311
