OpenStack Tempest tests fail due to change to 'ip' output.

Buildroot rootfs grows by ~12% (table in KB):

12% for a workaround sounds quite a bit, OTOH things seem to have grown a lot for 0.5.0 anyway, so I'm not sure how to judge this. Alternatives would be a) bumping to recent busybox (>=1.31.0) or b) cherry-picking the fix I mentioned on the issue into our build, I verified in a local busybox install that it applies cleanly and fixes the issue against 1.29.3.

I think I'd cherry-pick the fix if that is suitable.
