Provide more logs at the end of the agent execution #307

It seems that there's a regression introduced in https://github.com/cirruslabs/cirrus-ci-agent/pull/305 (or 1.114.0) that is causing the agent to not report that it has finished, resulting in https://github.com/cirruslabs/cirrus-ci-docs/issues/1221.

These changes might help in diagnosing the issue.
