Request for Cirruslabs/tart Support in Nektos/act #44

Hello Cirruslabs Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently using the Nektos/act project and have noticed the excellent GitLab support provided by your Cirruslabs/tart project. I am curious to know if there is a possibility of extending support for tart to Nektos/act.

Nektos/act is a powerful tool for simulating the GitHub Actions environment, but our project requires the use of tart for specific tasks. I believe that integrating tart with Nektos/act would offer users greater flexibility and choice.

I have thoroughly reviewed the documentation for both tart and act and believe that combining these two tools would be highly beneficial for our project. Would it be possible to consider extending tart support to Nektos/act?
