For the question about white males mental illness after 2000, should we include the shootings that occurred during 2000 or exclude that year?

How many white males with prior signs of mental illness initiated a mass shooting after 2000?

You should only include shootings which occurred after 2000 (so do not include shootings from 2000 in your calculation).
