Modifications required:

[x] Syllabus entry for tidy data
[x] Notes on tidy data
[x] Exercise for tidying data
[x] Slides for tidy data
[x] hw03, hw04, any others which use gather()/spread()

Still need to update hw03 (SCOTUS) and hw04 answer keys if I want to explicitly show pivot_*() for them. Not super necessary though? At least not right now
