Drop gapminder exercises
SCOTUS files now bind without any error message - doesn't force practice of defining column types
Convert SCOTUS into relational data files
- Case
- Justice
- Vote
Develop some additional questions which rely on relational joins
Avoids the need for the distinct() function. While useful, not really essential for hw03

Still need one question that would make use of an anti_join(). Not sure of a conceivable question that can utilize this operation given the data structure
