Adding HW4 and Final Project folders

• Nice scatterplot. For some reason it doesn't render on my computer in Google Chrome (same with the ggplotly() object), but it works fine in Safari. I think my browser is just temperamental
• Nice use of tooltips, plus also making sure the average values are rounded, not raw like 70.94848302
• Included a legend, inside the graph window. Nice feature
• Consider improving how you document your code. Right now it's a bit sparsely documented - you could probably include more comments throughout to indicate to yourself and others exactly what you are doing with each chunk or segment of code
• Only student to tackle the D3 homework - well done! Of course, the question is did you find this to be a valuable skill that you'd use in further visualization projects?

I ran everything off a python local server (python -m SimpleHTTPServer) and that should render everything on chrome. I think d3 looks great, but is an entirely different skillset from actually modeling, accessing and manipulating data.
