PetDs Stored in DB for use in bookmark page. #72

Successfully store the petIds in the DB for further use in the bookmark page

Had issue with merging Dev -> original branch, sessionStorage broke after merge, had to revert to backup.

Opening this PR to see if anyone can fix the conflicts that arose that I was unable to.
