Add the sample report for v0.2

🗣 Description

• Adds the sample report for v0.2

• TODO #307 Known issue the generation script is not handling nested json conversion in the ScubaResults.json. While the output is valid JSON, the JSON is inside the value strings are malformed.

• 💭 Motivation and context

Closes #304

🧪 Testing

• Review the HTML sample report in browser to see if there are errors.
• Do not look at the GitHub diff. As it makes little sense :).
