Resolved the lack of scroll and return of only 4 indices in the Most Common Vulnerabilities card in Overview.

🗣 Description

Allowed overflow auto for cardSmall css class.
Increased array slice of vulnerabilities to 10 indices.

💭 Motivation and context

Allows user to see the top 10 Most Common Vulnerabilities.
Increases UX.
Closes #610
