Update Terms of Use

🗣 Description

• Updated Terms of Use, removed one line of existing ToU according to ticket details

💭 Motivation and context

• Resolves CRASM-621

🧪 Testing

1. Clear acceptedTermsVersion and dateAcceptedTerms from your user record in local db
2. Login to the app => You will automatically be presented with the Terms of Use
3. See that the sentence seen in the attached screenshot is removed
