Replace production resources in AWS

🗣 Description

We need to tear down all "production" AWS reources that are no longer in use as they are being replaced with "integration" resources.

💭 Motivation and context

The DMZ production environment is being replaced with integration.

Terraform init/validate/plan and team review.
