The idempotence test is disabled for this task because of the interactions between systemd services and the idempotence tests make it so that the test will never pass. Idempotence checks that the same output is received with each run, and this doesn't work with systemd services because the environment needs to be completely reset to accurately test the task again. This is also disabled on another cisa repository, guacamole as well.
