Rename composition directory and add 3rd docker image

🗣 Description

This PR removes the capitalization from the megazord-composition directory created by this role. It also modifies the molecule test case to include our 3rd and final docker image needed by the docker compose

💭 Motivation and context

This change was done for ease of typing out megazord-composition and to keep the case consistent throughout the project. The change to the test cases was necessary because we added a 3rd docker image to the project's docker compose.
