Upddate APIGateway domain name for staging-cd

We need to update the APIGateway domain name

There are no existing ACME certs

Closing this PR because we have to fix #104 which was closed before we could merge it. I have to close this PR in order to reopen #104 and comment on it with how we want to proceed.
