Audit / fix all of Crossfeed's UI to make sure it is 508 compliant

Running pa11y on URL link. Received 504 error message, debugging issue.

Current "https://crossfeed.cyber.dhs.gov/" state passed pa11y Section 508 compliance checks. Closing ticket, further integration of pa11y down DevOps pipeline noted.

Found an Accessibility Testing Tool alternative to pa11y.

ANDI (Accessible Name and Description Inspector) free accessibility testing tool.
ANDI is a "favelet" or "bookmarklet" that provides automated detection of accessibility issues
Reveals what screen reader should say for interactive elements
Gives practical suggestion to improve accessibility and check 508 compliance
ANDI is maintained by Social Security Administration/Accessibility Support
