💡 Summary

Modify the Organization data upload function to account for the Organization model changes for the new regional onboarding process. Secondarily upload of the CyHy Organization data.

Motivation and context

This update allows for the regional onboarding process to work properly.

Implementation notes

Please provide details for implementation, such as:

Modify the Organization Tool to count for new model changes
Update resource file
Load current CyHy Organization data
Test with regional admin access.
