Update the Create New Organization form by adding State Input, fixing functionality bugs, and updating the styling.
Allows for a better user experience, for new organizations to be assigned to a region through the form, and that new tags must not be blank.
Add an input field called "Organization State" to the following form. Update styling. Update tags functionality to not allow blank tags submission.
