Fix bugs and hide unused code in the front-end

🗣 Description

• Make footer links go to a new tab
• Make organization table show an alert if there’s no organizations data
• Fix typo from warning banner
• Hide generate report button
• Hide api keys information from standard users in the settings page
• Hide my organizations from standard users
