Update to version 12.2.2.0. Added logic to pass libraryUrl as a query parameter for dynamic port assignment and launching of application from Electron since the resource library source can no be decoupled from the api. Also fixed UI bug where tabs on the resource library were not sticky and would overlap the top header.
