Receiving error when creating a new user v12.1.2.0 #4048

I have Enterprise version 12.1.2.0 and whenever I open the web page and select to add a new user and provide all the information necessary, I get the following error [object ProgressEvent]. I can't find any information on what these means or how to correct it. 4fd6356d-fbb8-480d-98ab-fae16ec723e2

How can I resolve this issue?
