CMMC assessment links broken #4105

The following links do not work: LINK-1: http://csetac.inl.gov/assessment/1478/prepare/tutorial-cmmc LINK-2: http://csetac.inl.gov/Documents/htmlhelp/index.htm

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to this page (LINK-3): http://localhost:46000/Documents/htmlhelp_cmmc/cset_assessment_steps.htm?ms=AA%3D%3D&st=MA%3D%3D&sct=MA%3D%3D&mw=MzIw (cset > Help > CMMC)
  2. Link-1 is listed on page-2 CMMC - Quick Tutorial of Link-3
  3. Link-2 is listed on page-7 CSET Assessment Steps on Link-3

Expected behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. Expected to open CSET-CMMC Tutorials that hopefully explains appropriate SAL selection to begin a CMMC assessment

The CMMC tutorial will be updated with the next version of CSET and will resolve the link issues
