Motivation and context

Request from Leadership: Have the reports show the last date of scope update. This might be especially helpful for our Federal stakeholders since they are required to update us within 5 days of changing their external IPs.

Implementation notes

• Move ASSET SCANNED percentage under ASSETS OWNED
• Change ASSETS SCANNED TO LAST SCOPE UPDATE
• Under LAST SCOPE UPDATE, provide the date of the stakeholder's Scope change

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] LAST SCOPE UPDATE display created with date of last scope update
• [ ] Asset scanned percentage moved under ASSETS OWNED
