Add a Bunch of DOT Subdomains #72

DOT let us know that these subdomains are not currently being BOD 18-01 scanned and would like to see them in the HTTPS/Trustymail reports. All of these subdomains are of dot.gov, usmma.edu, or nhtsa.gov, which are all root domains already associated with DOT.
