Reordered the sections to put the more common questions at the top. (DNS should probably be the third item, but I didn't want to split it from the other DNS stuff. We'll probably want to go to sub-pages here soon.)
Our current help page tells users to contact the help desk to remove a domain manager (and this is a common question the help desk is getting). Users can now do this themselves! Yay!
