• Manually sets the id of headings with special characters to increase readability of their anchor links.

Code Review Verification Steps

Go to testing build and verify the following headings do not have special characters when clicking on their anchors

• Account Management: Clicking on Update your contact information (email, phone) should anchor to URL /#update-your-contact-information-email-phone
• Domain Management: Clicking on Update your contact information (email, phone) should anchor to URL /#update-your-contact-information-email-phone
• FAQ: Clicking on the link in Learn more about what happens after you request a .gov domain directs you to a URL anchor without any special characters.
