💡 Summary

Add a "Select More" option to the current selection list that displays the full list of timezones for selection.

Motivation and context

Allows more Timezone options for setting up assessments.

Implementation notes

In the timezone selection prompt menu, add a "Select More" option.
The "Select more" option should then display the full list of timezones for selection.
Proceed with setup as normal.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Timezone selection screen has a "Select More" option
[ ] The "Select More" option displays the full list of Timezones for selection.
[ ] The assessment builder process proceeds successfully as normal.
