Bump version to pull in new version of Cobalt Strike

🗣 Description

This pull request bumps the version to pull in the latest version of Cobalt Strike.

💭 Motivation and context

The latest version of Cobalt Strike (4.7.2) addresses a remote code execution vulnerability.

🧪 Testing

All automated tests pass. I also built a new AMI with these changes for the staging COOL environment and verified that it indeed has Cobalt Strike version 4.7.2 installed.
