🗣 Description

This pull request removes the code that manually injected flock into the initramfs.

💭 Motivation and context

The manual inclusion of flock into the initramfs is no longer needed.

Resolves #130.

🧪 Testing

All automated tests pass. I also built a COOL staging AMI with these changes and verified that it functions as expected.
