🗣 Description

This pull request adds more assessor tools to the Kali AMI. It also improves the installation of a few existing tools.

💭 Motivation and context

Resolves cisagov/cool-system-internal#66.

🧪 Testing

I built a new AMI for our staging COOL environment and verified that it contains the new tools.
