Issue description

Add "show more/show less" for status audit log trail. Position at the top, default to Shown, with a "More Details (Show/Hide)".

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Add "show more/show less" for status audit log trail, position at top
[ ] Set default to Shown (reference #1853)

Additional context

This feature was identified in #1849 but not as an acceptance criteria.

Accepted and added this ticket to sprint 44. This was identified as part of the Design review for #1849 . The decision (design and dev) was to add this to the sprint with the rest of the audit log work since it's a relatively low effort.
