Org Admin can view portfolio of domains

Description

An Org Admin can view the portfolio of domains for their org. This includes the ability to view, favorite, filter, and search domains in the domains table.

They can survey the entire domain space, see relevant information about the domains, and possibly navigate to one of the domains to take additional action.

• [ ] The list is paginated (at 10 max or TBD) so that I keep a concise dashboard on this page
• [ ] For each domain in the list, I want to see, at least, domain name, domain manager, domain status ... and other fields to be negotiated in the design process.
• [ ] The list of domains can be sorted alphabetically by domain name
• [ ] the list can be sorted by domain manager, so that domains managed by a single person are adjacent in the list
• [ ] the list can be filtered by domain manager, so that I see only those domains managed by the selected person
