Issue description

The request volume is high! Let's crash on it as a team. See proposed agenda.

Acceptance criteria

• [x] With analysts, adjudicate ~250~ some requests
• [ ] Clear VERIFY's to zero, collaborating on several with team
• [ ] No emails older than 14 days in the inbox
• [ ] End-of-sprint team meeting to mark up checklist
• [ ] Create issues for improvements (e.g., documentation like playbooks, features, etc.)

Per guideline, all "In progress" tickets from Sprint 48 will moved forward at noon EST on Day 1 of new sprint (Sprint 49). This was allowed a little extra grace period.
